I 22th july hotel booking by oyo in srinagar app and deduct 1788 rs 2 room and 5 person. Booking id EZO13345 I reached hotel and hotel manager are says no available rooms this payment and otherwise 2 rooms 5000 pay then after avail room. And I pay 5000 pay to hotel and online pay are no refund my account.
