I booked hotel in Delhi NCR . I reached the hotel with my oyo booking id . The hotel denied me chekin saying that the booking id does not exist in their hotel server .
The amount was debited from my bank account twice .
When called the oyo customer care number they are simply refusing to solve the problem .
