Respected sir myself dr harish Sharma clinical psychologist SVC nursing home Tirupati. Yesterday i called to Oyo customer care number and asked the room in Gouhathi assam, i told him i want near Kamakya temple, he booked i paid amount, i checked that hotel in online,it is too far 25 kms away from Gouhathi city, they told me to cancel, i did. Money yet not refunded, take a necessary action please help us.
