I booked a room in High Rise Hotel , Chevalla for a day. I booked the room for Rs. 493 as per OYO. I paid advance amount of Rs. 124 and remaining amount during check-in but when i arrived at the hotel, receptionist said that i can’t give a room for this price (Rs. 493). I had to wait with family and kids outside for an hour, asking OYO support team to contact High Rise hotel manager, but they never contacted hotel manager and i had to pay Rs. 1400 for a delux room (which is a terrible joke). I don’t understand why charging less during online booking and asking high prices during room check-in. OYO doesn’t have control over their hotels or just fraudulent games being played. I would never recommend OYO and its related hotels. This particular High Rise Hotel in Chevalla is a big NO.
