Text of Complaint by Jermiah Jerome:

I have booked a room for 2 guest.Even I received a message for booking confirmation.When I went to hotel they forced me to pay 1000 extra and they hace changed it into single occupancy by their side.I raised the complaint against them in customer care .they said we will book you another room .suddenly I hotel told their superior to book and close all the rooms so that OYO guys can’t able to do e booking.They intentionally avoid us to let the other couple to check it who are willing to pay more than us.I have waited around 3 hours in front of hotel to solve the issue.Nobody has solved the issue.we have to penalised the hotel for their in dispilinary actions.
