We had a booked a hotel on goibibo mobile app. The hotel name mentioned in the headline. When we reached to hotel reception. They denied us to check in by saying that they dont have rooms even though they gave 3 rooms to other customers in front of me. though we had booking confirmation. We need strict action and compensation against and this hotel because, we had to spend night in search of another hotel
