Hi I booked my room on 01.11.2020 once I reached to that hotel, hotel person refused to checkin because OYO bookings they are not accepting, after that I paid in that same hotel I checked in to that hotel, after I informed to customer care and informed area manager Mr. AMARNATH such a useless fellow, almost 1 month gone still I didnt refund amount 1550, pls do the needful
