I have booked a room through Oyo and since the room was not available they cancelled my booking and said that my booking amount of 4312 will be refunded within 14 days it’s been 14 days and now they are saying that it has already been refunded but I haven’t received any amount in my bank account and I have confirmed it through my bank too and now they are putting my calls on hold and not answering either and or either disconnecting it
