Text of Complaint by Dhurbajyoti Bamun:

Dear Sir, i have done a booking on Oyo rooms through calling them in the number they provide in app. I paid INR 792 through fampay UPI service. Money was deducted and i received the msg of this transaction than the guy in call said me to wait a min he is confirming than the call got cut but room booking not done. Then I contacted the customer care and asked them for refund. But they said they didn’t received any payment.

Below is message which i received from my bank-
Hi DhurbajyotiBamun, you have just sent Rs.792.00 through dhurba.famc@idfcbank to oyorooms.rzp@axisbank using your UPI app in response to the collect request. For the record, here’s your txn ID 232531990137
