I Booked a room through OYO app last week on 7th feb and made the payment at the time of booking !!
when i reached the oyo townhouse !!
he completely denied that he can’t make my check – in , until and unless i’ll pay extra amount as there hotel dont have rooms of the amount that i had paid !!!
he told me pay extra amount or cancel your booking as i dont have any option as i already i had paid my booking amount which is shown on your app !!
i paid the extra amount too
