I had made booking in the oyo with the Booking ID: O45M2641 and i paid online with the only amount i had in the account sum of 4987/- after reaching the hotel the hotel people was fully drunked and refused to accept the booking and they said rooms were filled and suggested to dont book the rooms through online mode in oyo and the same i taken the video and informed to oyo customer team.
They simply said the booking was cancelled and refunded the amount to source account and i will receive in 7days. The problem is i didnt have money due to i already paid what i have and the time was 12am. Now what should i have to do and where should i have to go. Due to their negligence i was suffering now and standing on the road. Please fo through this and do the needful.
