I booked 3 rooms at hotel kohinoor residency , pune thorough Oyo app , I paid amount rs 2274 complete online. After sometime booking confirmed but asking for payment of rs 3066 and check in denied , after contact customer care no joy , they said that could be problem of Oyo app.
