Hi Team,
I foreclosed two of my loan taken through Cred cash of CRED app and as per agreement there is no foreclosing charges although CRED forced me to pay extra amount as interest(as said by Cred support team) within a period of month. If I have already paid the interest amount of entire month and also they charged the loan processing charge then why the hell CRED will charge customer on loan closing day within the same month? I have wrote email to support@cred.club but they did not refund my overcharged interest. Also raised complaint through Nation consumer helpline with grievance no: 4901830 but didn’t get any help. Finally I’m writing this complaint to consumer court and seeking for justice. I would like to charge CRED company 100000 rupees for making my life hell !!
