I ported my mobile connection No.6305616119 to jio on 28 Sep 2023. While initiating the same , they have collected Rs340/-for first recharge of my mobile connection. However by the time my mobile was activated, I found that it was recharged with Rs 239 0nly.
I observed that this is happening to all the new customers coming to this dealer.
I dont know it is the Company policy to collect Rs 100 for every new connection and that too in cash. All these transactions are done in cash only and no digital payment for this is permitted by the dealers and staff there.
Please look into the matter and revert to me.
