1. We checked on line for the packs available for International Roaming for 99402716 prepaid phone for one of our employees travel to Russia, Italy, Nederlands, and Germany. We proceeded to purchase the pack for 7 days. The Travel dates are 3rd July – 9th July 2019
2. The on line purchase did not tell or say or describe, the activation date or ask for travel dates. We processed payment. Received a message – instantly the IR pack has been activated.
3. We called the customer care and we were CHARGED for IR. Whereas we were denied deactivation or postponement of its operations from 3rd July.
4. We find this is Grossly Looting an innocent Subscriber without any information, while LURING gullible customers with FREE, CHEAPEST, MOST CONVENIENT kind of Slogans for IR and at least 10 calls a month to know and buy your services.
5. WE TRIED TO CHAT AND SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE.
6. We understand, that during these two days – before we leave for tour aborad – we will be OVERCHARGED for any call, SMS and/or data used in INDIA. This is Extortion.
We seek immediate redressal of OUR GRIEVANCE of refunding the money charged and ACTIVATING THE PACK from the DATE of TRAVEL. THE SAME SHOULD BE BOLDLY DISPLAYED on WEBSITES / ON LINE PORTALS before asking or taking the PAYMENT.
Kindly TAKE AN ACTION IMMEDIATELY and TAKE CORRECTIVE Measures.
