Complaint is for Nuego bus from Chandigarh to Delhi, First there was no online booking, stepped directly into bus from Chandigarh. Conducter was very and said bus has flat ticket of Rs 600, I told him that I want ticket till Sonipat but he refused and asked to get down from bus. I paid him Rs 600 cash, surprisingly I got online PNR 2082405 but without any amount indication.
I immediately called customer care and enquire about amount paid and found that PNR has amount of Rs 425 and online booking was done through some travel agent. Complaint logged GCM/SA/199870. But this is very reputed company but his people are doing fraud.
