Dear sir/ma’am,
Today u ahd ordered food from Swiggy and they charged me rs 477, however, received bill from restaurant rs 455.
When I contacted customer care they told me they charged taxes against the food and cannot display on bill.
Also, restaurant charged me .33 piasa round off while we are paying digitally then why round up or round down.
Ideally taxes and other charges must be on bills.
