Text of Complaint by Dipendra Singh:

I have made a hotel booking from Oyo customer care on 26th apr 2023 wherein I have paid INR 190 as the advance money to confirm the booking. The customer care representative have informed me that the total amount of booking is of INR 758 and as I have already paid the advance money to them i have to only pay the amount of INR 568. But when I reached to hotel the hotel staff asked me to pay the amount INR 1000 more instead of INR568. Then I have paid the amount because I tried calling the customer care but it went unanswered. After check out when I complaint about this to their customer care of Oyo. 2 agents have promised me that your refund will be initiated and you get your amount back in your account with 24-48 hrs however they have not provided any sort of written confirmation. Then I have called them again and spoke with the agent name AYUSH SINGH and informed about the complete story however he could not able to help me out. Then I asked him to transfer my call to his supervisor but the supervisor is not ready to take this call. Rather he is screaming on the agent that disconnect the call. His name is Sumit pathak. I want my money to be refunded and I am done with their services. The amount which has to be refunded to me is of INR 432.
