Vodafone,
This to draw your attention towards the bill generated on my number 98*******4 for Dec, 2018. I have been on an international trip from 12dec-14dec and did my roaming recharge of Rs 192 before going. I have used only wifi there as i was not having any international internet package. Still you have added charges of Rs 5464 for internet which even didn’t worked there once.
Now my outgoing and internet both have been stopped due to crossing limit on my number for Rs 3500, due to which i m facing a problem.
Kindly look into the matter and update me at the earliest.
