I am Tatasky customer since year 2007, with same location as registered and took unterest with SOLID PLATFORM WHEN YOUR SALES PERSON CAME TO ME, and took all efforts to convince all the member of my society to take your service,for which we will be benefited wisely with ONEDISC ON TERRACE, SYSTEMATIC CABLING IN SOCIETY, AND NO NUSANCE OF DIFFERENT WENDORS, SO YOU HAVE 13 CONEECTION AT ONE GO FROM 2007 TILL NOW.
i had deactivated my secondary setupbox for few months which was used by parents, went for long break on holiday and native, in month of july 2019 i reactivate the same and check wiht your helpline about charges, informed me that it wIll be only Rs.250/- per month as ealrly which was being charge to me, but then after few days back I have received a message on my TV SCREEN that your balance is only somewhat Rs.86/- I was SHOCKED!!!
As i am a business person have hardly time to see on monthly basis all this activity i always recharged for Rs.10000/- or what soever package charge for year to year basis, then When you TRAI RULES APPLIED, I CHOOSE MY CHANEL WITH VAROUS CHANGES MY FAMILY REQUIREMENT IN MONTH OF JULY I HAD ENROLLED PACKAGES INSTEAD OF CHANELS BY TAKING GUIDENCE FROM YOUR HELPLINE, THEN I HAD REACTIVATED MY SECONDARY SETUPBOX FOR WHICH YOU CHARGE MIRROR IMAGE OF PRIMARY BOX WHICH INFORATION WAS NOT GIVEN BY YOUR HELPLINE AT ALL AND I HAD BEEN CHARGED WRONGLY BY GIVING FALSE INFORMATION OF ONLY Rs.250/ PER MONTH, INSTEAD YOU HAVE CHARGED ME Rs.2371.30 FOR AUGUST + Rs.2371.30 FOR SEPTEMBER – FOR OCTOBER AND NOVEMBER I AM NOT ABLE TO VIEW MY BILL DETAILS ON YOUR WEBSITE, ALSO I AM USED TO RECEIVE EMAILS SINCE MANY YEARS WICH IS BEING NOT RECEIVING SINCE LAST 19 MONTHS WHIHC I HAD CHECKED CAN NOT FOLLOW MY ACCOUNT TOO, NOW I WISH MYLORD YOU TO CALL ON HELOLINE NO AND FIND HOW YOUR HELPLINETEAM REACT WHEN THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY REPLY TO CLIENTS AS THEY ARE NOT INFORMED 70 TO 80% OF DETAILS, HOW CUSTOMER CAN MANAGE WITHOUT CORRECT INFORATION, AND THEY HAVE ONLY ONE PUPPET ANSWER IS THAT TRIA HAVE RULES WHICH WE ARE FOLOLOWING, WHEN YOU DO NOT HAVE TEAM TO GIVE SOLUTION THEN WHY DO YOU MISSGUIDE OR GIVE FALSE INFORMATION, AS YOU HAVE ONLY HELPLINE WHERE WE HAVE TO CALL OR MOBILE APP SO CUSTOMER CAN NOT HOLD ANY PROOF TO PROVIDE,SO IT IS ON YOUR DESCRIMINATION THAT YOU JUSTIFY NOW WHETHER I AM LIABLE TO RECEIVE REFUND FOR ALL FOUR(4) MONTH CHARGES YOU HAVE CHARGED TO ME.
I hope still there is court of law where there is justification and you will refund my charges you have debited or revised the same as per my present plan OF SECONDARY SETUPBOX
SAME WAY YOUR ENGINEER HAD VISITED FOR SOME ISSUE ON MY PRIMARY SETUP BOX AND LEFT BINGE FIRESTICK AND REMORE FOR WHICH ALSO YOU HAVE CHARGED, AS FALSE INFORMATION GIVEN BY YOUR ENGINNER SAYING THAT ONE MONTH IT IS FREE AND THEN YOU WILL BE CHARGE IF YOU WISH TO CONTINUE BY TAKING YOUR APPROVAL BUT AFTER ONE MONTH NO ONE HAD CALLED AND TOOK APPROVAL AND YOU HAVE CHARGED ME FOR ANOTHER 3 MONTHS, AS I HAD NOT USED ALSO EXCEPT ONE TIME OR TWO TIMES IN FORST ONE MONTH.
I have still one opinion that there should be one year account available on your website of all client.
I still have hope that TATASKY do have JUSTIFICATION, and will get positive feedback from you
