This is the 3rd time i see tatasky cheating customer by changing the package from backend. we were using 170/month pack after choosing all the required channels and when all off sudden our balance got over when checked in portal could see that plan has changed to 530/month, upon checking with customer care they have reverted the plan but not done refund, please refund the money which you earned by fraud.
