Purchased JBL Bluetooth speaker from flipkart on 6th Mar 2019 for 10,000. It does not work after the first use. Customer care no response. After multiple trials, they pick the call and after that the service men come and say that the parts not available and will get back after 1 day. Now, after 3 months of holding the useless product and spent 10,000 no refund, no redressal
