Dear Sir/Madam

This is to inform you the following facts for your kind consideration as because I am facing certain kinds of inconvenience in service from vodafone company and costumer care executive that I Mr. Umang Suresh Pawar holding Samsung Galaxy A50 a new Smart Phone with telecom connection with your cellular company of Vodafone Idea Mobile Number is 98333 88567 form since 2007 till date, is informing you about a very important and serious matter I wish to complain about Vodafone services for Outgoing Text messages Barred and also I am facing bad network range for Internet and Calling Incoming and Outgoing of product or service, with serial mobile number 98333 88567 that I purchased and using this Mobile No since 2007 in Mumbai 400002 Maharashtra location of transaction.

I am complaining because since past 1 month I can’t sent a text messages on any other number of particularly number the reason Vodafone executive not taking this matter in initiative. To resolve this problem I would like you to also inform you that what type of action I had taken to resolve this problem.

My Activity Detail Is Bellow:

  1. When I first learned of this problem I visited on 03th of February 2020 in morning to the nearby Vodafone Gallery to and ask the resolve this issue but the manager told me that your main balance is not there so please recharge.
  1. I visited on 03th of February 2020 in afternoon to the nearby Vodafone Gallery to and ask the resolve this issue but the executive told me that your change your SIM and after 24 Hours your SMS service will get active. I changed my SIM and I paid 50/- Indian Rupees for it and Problem remain as standby.
  1. Again I visited on 05th of February 2020 in afternoon to the same Vodafone Gallery and ask the resolve this issue but the Manager told me we have forwarded your issue.
  1. On 6th February 2020 I visited to Samsung Gallery and Formated my Mobile Phone but Samsung Executive told me that this issue is the end from Vodafone.
  1. Again I visited on 07th of February 2020 to the same Vodafone Gallery and ask the resolve this issue but the Vodafone Executive told me that recharge for sms pack of 49/- (Ref. No is MUH2002071719230111 AT 05.19 PM) and get the issue done. After SMS pack recharge on my mobile phone the issue remain as same.
  1. Finally on 8th of February 2020 I called in Vodafone to costumer care executive and filed a complaints with Reference No 260048140 but no one had action taken about this issue.
  1. I Updated Vodaphone messages Center No what is +919820205446 that’s it. I believe that this response is unfair because he the reason you feel the company has an obligation to Vodafone. I would like a written statement explaining Vodafone company’s position and what Vaodafone will do about my complaint.

After me the lots of activities for small issue I believe that this response is unfair because the reason you feel the company has an obligation to you. I would like a written statement explaining your company’s position and what you will do about my complaint.

If I do not hear from you within 2 days I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer court agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I mentioned above all of my receipt.
