Dear Sir/ Madam,
I’m using Vodafone service. My number is 9832831934. This is my old phone number using for Aadhar, PAN, Bank account linking along with call and Sms. Later got better call rate from other service provider and taken one handset bundle offer from Jio. It is going on very well. In the meantime I was using Vodafone only for banking and Aadhar purpose only. Later Vodafone introduce ARPU and outgoing calls and texts was stopped by Vodafone. By the way when I was not able to make call and not received incoming in the month of December 2018. Then contacted them to reactivate my services.
Now the story of harassments begun,
To activate my number I have recharged with 26 INR so that they can deduct INR 20 and reactivate my services. Whenever I called them only one answer please wait 30 minutes it will be corrected.
Not solved till 3 days from then.
I once again request them now new story that after deducting INR 50 they will activate the service. Now recharged with INR 65. Not solved. Visited their customer service center at City center durgapur. Recharged once again. Not solved. No sim replacement done as suggested by them over phone. Then they wrote a mail to their higher authority to solve the problem. They confirmed that service will be activated within 2days i.e. by 7th Jan’19. Not solved no information provided by them. Last week I made a call to their customer service support and they registered a complaint. And they confirmed that this will be resolved within 2 days. Not done. All call are doing from my personal phone number as they are not accepting call from my deactivate number. One thing very common from them that system are upgrading now please call after sometime.
