Some amount was pending from my previous service provider as i have my number to Airtel. Although no outstanding amount was there according to me. Despite of all the proofs, i was penalised for the amount. Earlier it was Vodafone(my previous service provider) later on it was airtel. However i alreafy had talk with the Airtel care executive even the supervisor. He asked me to contact vodafone legal the number which was provided in the legal notice mail. I did call but nobody responded. It has been more than 3 days my outgoing services have been stopped. I have paid the amount of 361/- to vodafone still no outcome. I am unable to make calls from the number.
The service provider gives this kind of treatment to its customers. It’s really disappointing.
