Some amount was pending from my previous service provider as i have my number get ported to
Airtel. Although no outstanding amount was there according to me. Despite of all the proofs, i was penalised for the amount. Earlier it was Vodafone(my previous service provider) later on it was airtel. However i already had a talk with the Airtel care executive even the supervisor. He asked me to contact vodafone legal the number which was provided in the legal notice mail. I did call but nobody responded. It has been more than 3 days my outgoing services have been stopped. I have paid the amount of 361/- to vodafone still no outcome. I am unable to make calls from the number. I have dropped a mail to both of the providers(airtel and vodafone, still no response.
Even now Airtel thanks app doesn’t work and customer care number doesn’t have any option to contact the customer care executive.
The service provider gives this kind of treatment to its customers durkng such pandemic situation. It’s really disappointing.
