My outgoing service has been barred. Vodafone customer care said that I used the 1000 min weekly but I did,t use that 1000 min completely. I want to Vodafone customers care store also but they also could not helped me. They said if we can’t do anything.
I m not able to use the outgoing call services. I m in private sector and I have to call many people in a day. So please resolve this issue
Please start the outgoing service as early as soon and applogies to me
