Outgoing service had been disconnected since I didnt make payment on time for the month of September. I collectively paid Rs 1000 (with a late payment fee also) for the two months September and October When I came to India on 22 Nov, I found out my out going service has been barred.

On Nov 23rd, I made a call to the customer care and the technician told me – the outgoing is active from our end. She said try from a different handset and if the issue persists, u need to get a sim swap. Please note, the data tht got accumulated for the 500 bucks I pay monthly was working fine, only the outgoing was a problem. I didn’t understand how sim change could help in resolving outgoing calls aloan

Also most importantly when outgoing is barred, we cannot even make calls to Customer Care I pay 500 bucks every month so that I have an active connection when I come in to India, but no we need to ask for a phone to fellow passenger for making calls including Customer Care!

Coming back, I visited the service center and they did a sim swap(by paying Rs.25 for no reason!) , but the issue still persists. I make a call to the Customer Care Center, And they say the same solution again They ended the call saying we have escalated the issue to the Technical Team, will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours this is on 30th Nov 2018.

Today morning 2nd Dec again I get the call saying your outgoing service is not active, please call 198 to activate it. How will I contact without an active number? When I say I cannot contact he says, ok the issue has been escalated and will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours!!! Seriously? So something tht can be resolved will be pushed back to the customer!

Worst Customer Service!!!! The issue is still not resolved..
