- I have an idea sim card and I also maintain a minimum balance every time and it is a life time validity sim card even I got a message that your outgoing service is expired today(21/11/18)at the time of purchase they promised it’s a life time sim card please take an action against this idea cellular network fraud
Yes! its true. I talked to idea customer care regarding this message. idea wants to earn Rs. 1 per day from billions of indian idea subscribers. idea becomes billionare everyday! just switch with mnp to bsnl. on bsnl recharge rs. 36 and get 6 months validity
I got the same msg from Vodafone. At the time of sim purchased they told lifetime service validity. Now every month we have to rec min rs 35. Atleast they have to provide some packages for service validity purpose.
