My mobile number : 90196-26224 (Provided for government official use)
I went for LTC tour with family to shimla,Kullu , Manali during the period 24 dec 2018 to 31 dec 2018.
At shimla dtd 25 dec 2018 around 4 30 pm my hand bag was lost which contains my office ID card (ID number 10137471),access card and Mobile
MOTO E plus Vodafone sim number 9019626224.

Complaint was registered :at shimla Lakkar Bazar police station by my husband Pradeep
Complaint registered serial number: 2794 dtd 25 dec 2018 in register number 5A
The sim was deactivated around 7 pm dtd 25 dec 2018 by calling customer care- vodafone.
Yesterday when I received the Phone bill it was noted that there were outgoing calls continuously from my mobile number by somebody.
When I called one of the number in the list, it was said that unwanted calls received from that number 9019626224
The case has to be taken up , with vodafone to find how outgoing calls are made even after deactivation .
it is still in use, and it is used for unwanted purpose, even after deactivation and receipt of duplicate sim by vodafone dtd 4 JAN 2019 AT 12.50 PM IN MY OFFICE AT MYSURU.
The bill received is attached here with and it shows outgoing calls after 26 dec 2019 , after it was lost.
want to have justice how outgoing calls are going even after deactivation of my number by vodafone,which may lead to many serious issues
The calls which are made from 28 dec 2018 till 4 jan 2019 are the calls which are made deactivation by vodafone on the basis of request/complaint by us to deactivate from 25 dec 2018
