I have 5 rupees as my balance. But i couldn’t make an outgoing call, because my outgoing service got disconnected. Now my incoming calls also going to get disconnected. How can i use such kind of network? Not everyone is rich here to reacharge daily, montly packs. You’ve to think from customer point of view… How can i make a call even though i have balance? Without getting incoming call what is the use of your sim?
