I have ordered Chicken tikka and plain briyani. After the order has been confirmed and delivery person is at the restaurant to pick up, I am getting the call after 20 minutes that the ordered item is out of stock.
I reached the customer care, Initially the customer executive was replying and when I asked reason for why was I informed after 20 minutes placing the order. I started to getting calls from customer care that they have failed to reach the restaurant and asked me not to complaint. since I had discussed the issue with the first cc person to cancel and refund the order, I asked the second cc person to check if someone else is working on this as I don’t want to discuss this again. She told that the database is not updated. So I disconnected the call.
I further proceeded to chat to cc in chat, i no longer chatting with a real person a chat bot answering the same phrase “I can transfer the refund of Rs.369/- amount to your Swiggy Wallet. This will be an instantaneous transfer and all you need to do, to use the amount from your Swiggy Wallet, would be to complete a minimum KYC before using the wallet for the
first time. If you are an existing ICICI customer, you don’t need to even do that! You can then use the same” even though I received the amount to swiggy money.
The way CC responded made me more frustrated than not having lunch.

Lousy company “SWIGGY”….. lousy and mentally handicapped workers ( CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES) and even bigger company delivery boys ….. great?????
