Last 3 orders (ORDER # 403-0490452-7119539, 407-8120593-3799555, 407-6192365-3396358) have been cancelled by the agent without even calling and confirming me. I’ve paid and subscribed Amazon Prime for the “Next day delivery” option but the many of the products are either delayed or cancelled, it’s completely cheating the customer after taking the money and also putting the customer in an annoying / embarrassing situation.
