RESPECTED Sir

I ordered a double cot bed cover with two pillow covers on a buy one get one free basis from https://www.myshopstore.in/ which popped up on facebook, but I’m sorry to inform you that I only received one-bed cover and two pillow covers. In this regard, I contacted you via mobile phone, but received no response; you have NOT BE GENUIE ENOUGH TO CALL BACK OR REPLY. I paid Rs 999/- and it was not worth it. I have sent several mails and still didn’t hear back from them. Please keep in mind that I am a physically challenged person with hard-earned money. Please investigate and consider my request favorable. Or kindly refund the money.
