I ordered 2 watches on 22nd and 25th July, one Titan and other Fastrack. Order id’s are – 30062316048 and 30130099318 both costs Rs.538 and Rs.297 each. For both status says delivered, when i did not get the product at all.
when i registered complaint with the order, i got mail saying product would have been delivered to neighbor or someone and asked me check. I had given my office address building address, not even my office name mentioned.
So no way it will be handed over to security or anyone. I registered return request hoping i will get call or they will visit my address, but no calls nothing. Sent so many mails but no proper response and when i call customer care i am not able to talk to directly. Please help me in getting refund for same.Image Uploaded by Preethy:
