Ordered kurti pant and dupatta set from clothingcrew.com website . It was a COD order. After placing order got a call from a number asking for confirmation of the order and if any returns asked me to contact on the same number. After 4-5 days I received the order through courier. I paid Rs.1450 in cash to the delivery person. When I opened the order I found two low budget sarees in it instead of my kurti set . I was shocked to see it as their website did not contain any such sarees only. When I immediately called the delivery person ,he did not take interest in my complaint and asked me to contact the seller. I tried to call on the number but no one picked up and always cut the call after few rings . They had a support mail id provided on their website for any complaints or returns . I even tried mailing them many times but no response . I have pictures of what I ordered and all details too.
