We have ordered Havells pedestal fan from Amazon on May 18th,2023(order# 404-2894048-8736347). The delivery date was shown as 20th May. But on 20th we didn’t receive any product but the status for the ordered product has been modified to delivered. When we enquired this issue with Amazon customer service, they have asked us to wait for another 3 days but nothing has happened. We again called on May 23rd and enquired about this, the customer care team didn’t provide any immediate resolution and they were asking us to wait for another 4 days for investigation. As we have ordered this fan for our dependent parents, we were expecting faster delivery due to summer season. They couldn’t tolerate the heat. We can wait for luxurious products or any other life style products. But this is really a mandatory one. How come Amazon be so lethargic in this matter? Why couldn’t they track the delivery of a product? Why couldn’t they enquire the respective delivery partners immediately? This is really devastating and frustrating. This is not the first time happening with Amazon. Already 4 – 5 times we have faced worst customer experience. This time we can’t resist raising a complaint against them. Please take immediate action and provide justice. Someone should question them and punish them. My problem is not about money. I didn’t mention anything about money here. It is all about the importance of a product. They didn’t deliver the product on time and they didn’t provide the resolution on time.
