Dear team,

Order a dress online through Shubham Vastram order #1878 on 31st Aug 2020. Till date not delivered the dress and have deducted the payment also. They just sent an email confirmation of sending the dress in 7-8 days. After that have followed up with them through email and also through messenger. No response.

Kindly do the needful in returning my money or delivering the product.
