I am from Jaipur and I work in an IT firm in Mahindra SEZ, Jaipur. I have been a prime customer of amazon.in for the last 3 years and I frequently shop on Amazon. This time I ordered a Oneplus Nord CE 5G worth Rs 28000/- on 16th June (Order No. 405-5329297-7305958) on no cost EMI which was supposed to be delivered on 18th June. On the day of delivery, I received a delivery notification from amazon with an OTP which is required to be given to the delivery agent to receive the product. The delivery agent came in the evening and asked for OTP but when I gave him the OTP, he refused to deliver saying that your Otp has expired and assured me that the product will be delivered the next day when I get fresh OTP from amazon.
The order got delivered the next day by another delivery agent. But to my surprise, when I opened the order package, I found out that in place of a brand new OnePlus Nord CE 5G, I have received 2 Oswal detergent soaps in a REDMI box. I was really shocked to see this.
Then I tried to contact amazon customer support and reported the issue. They assured me that they will investigate the issue and come up with the best possible solution within 5 days. After 5 days(24 Jun) when I again contacted the customer support, they said that they have completed the investigation and according to them they have delivered the right product in an intact packaging. I tried to tell them that I just received two soap cakes and shared them the pics and video but they refused to listen to me and said they can not do anything in this case.
Now I am feeling helpless as I do not have any option and my hard-earned money is wasted. I have not received my phone still I’ll have to pay the emi’s for the next 6 months. It’s really frustrating.
