The delivery of Alia Cut Kurta sets arrived on 01/01/2024. I was shocked to find the product delivered were not what I have originally ordered. Our order was 1 quantity of Alia cut Kurta Sets in S size. However, half cut saree piece were delivered to us instead. I attached photos of the delivered goods and its invoice. I paid 869/- prior to inspecting the product, but as you can see, the product delivered are different from what was stated in the invoice. I tried the procedure of requesting refund by sending an email, but the provided email was not found.
It would be greatly appreciated if you could help in getting refund of 869/- and also I would like to file the complaint against “https://trishumba.shop/” website.
