I ordered food on swiggy on sept 26 2023 and the delivery guy didn’t came to my address and marked the order delivered.
I even tried to call the delivery person but he didn’t attend any of my call , then i call the swiggy executive after understanding the situation he also tried to call the delivery person but he got the same result then he said me to drop the mail on email-support@swiggy.in i dropped the mail and clearly mentioned all the matter but i received the response that they can’t do anything in this then again i tried to contact swiggy with their support team they again said me to drop the mail , again i did and got no response.
The delivery person name is : Rohit Kumar jha
