Last month I ordered few items on Flipkart. One of the item is a pack of 2 Levi’s men vest as mentioned in the product page (which still mentions it as pack of 2 till this date).
However when I received those with other items from my order, it had only 1 unit. I tried contacting their support team but they weren’t of qny help.
First they keep on disconnecting qnd reconnecting me over and over again. I had to explain my issue multiple times to their representatives.
Finally when I was able to stay connected with one of their representative, they offered me refund. But the problem is that they don’t want to refund me amount which I paid. They want to revoke discount offer which I got after ordering multiple items and charge the amount from that item.
It is them who didn’t fulfil order but they want to charge me for that. I found it highly unethical even though the amount is not much.
I paid Rs. 351/- for the pack of 2 Levi’s men vest after every offer.
They want to refund me Rs. 326/-. There is only INR 25 difference however this is highly enethical way of doing business and could be exploited.
They can just deliver partial items and then charge back the discount amount or any other offer value.
I am really hoping for this issue to b discussed and brought into the light. Thank you.
