It is currently happening very often that food items ordered on SWIGGY app is missing when delivered. When people are hungry, they need to eat but in many instances, it has occurred to me that swiggy does not deliver the required items. When asked they offer to refund. But why should I take the refund, I am hungry but not a beggar right? I can’t eat money at dinner right? They don’t even try to redeliver the items even though the restaurant is nearby. It happened on 9th Apr 2023. I ordered Two sets of multigrain rotis (2 pieces) with alu bin dry sabji and tomato chatni. They only delivered 2 rotis instead of 4 rotis. When i asked the chat person Manisha about this she told me that she can only offer a refund. I insisted the order be delivered, but she did not help. I am attaching the screenshots and pics from my end. I am just reporting the incident, because I felt that the company should be careful in this kind of incidents.
