Hi amazon i have orderd one teddy bear 2012637693 and beans 3kg 2013116591 on 21st july , for both item the delivery agency ECom not contacted me and returned this item , i have complainted so many times about this delivery agency before also i have soo many bitter experience with this Ecom they never contact customer after few days they return this item to seller they usually do like this
Today when i checked amazon tracker the item was returned to seller showing suddenly i contacted customer care but the customer care executive behaviors very rude and bad to me they told me if you want we will give refund nothing we can do they told me Revathi and nithesh were those two people i i ask them i dont want refund i i want that item to be delivered but they are not ready to hear me Revathi got angry and forcefully disconnected call, nithesh apply for refund
Amazon am asking you is it the way of behabing to a customer waited for one month and not deliver then at last refunding, is it a solution,
Really you people waisted my one month time atleast you could try for a replacement
Really disappointed with those two peoples behaviour you can check my past order am one of the main customer last 5 years relationship with Amazon till this day i have not gone to any other online only amazon
But its hurt me a lot here after i will not order anything from amazon
I need proper solution from the Amazon
