My Order 15956823929068518A worth Rs:3451.62 which is already paid and never been delivered. When I spoke to customer support then they asked to send the screenshot and said it got declined and refund will come in 12 days. It has been now 14 days and they not given refund. I ordered on 25 July 2020 and payment of Rs:3451.62 was successful towards JIO MART but they didnt delivered nor refund me my amount. Everytime I call support guys they say refund stories and it will come soon. I am just loosing my temper now.
