I placed order for 3 check shirt combo offer which I saw on face book. I opted cash on delivery. When I opened the consignment, Found 3 used shirts inside. I called the given customer care number and it always return a busy message. I emailed to the customer care and they replied that they will get back to me in 7 to 10 days. I may understand that a wrong item can be delivered to a customer but how come they send a used (dirty) item to a customer.
