Subject: Complaint against Swiggy for Non-Delivery of Food on Time

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Swiggy, a prominent food delivery service provider, regarding a recent incident of non-delivery of food on time, which has not only inconvenienced me but also violated the terms of their service agreement.

The details of the incident are as follows:

1. **Order Number: #177076258102
2. **Date and Time of Order:** Sept 6 2023 time 5:20 PM
3. **Expected Delivery Time:** Sept 6 2023, Time 6:30PM
4. **Actual Delivery Time: Didnt delivery any food
5. **Delivery Address:** H.no 1-87, kammguda vill, Turkayamjal R R dist 501510

On Sept 6 2023 time 5:20 PM, I placed an order through the Swiggy mobile application, with the expectation that my meal would be delivered within the estimated time frame provided by the platform. The expected delivery time, as indicated in the app, was Sept 6 2023, Time 6:30PM.

However, to my utter disappointment, the food was not delivered at all. This not only resulted in the financial loss of the amount paid for the order but also forced me to pause my office hours, as I work from home and had to allocate time to prepare food for myself and my children.

The disruption of my work schedule and the additional stress of preparing meals during my work hours due to Swiggy’s failure to deliver the food as promised are unacceptable. Despite my attempts to contact Swiggy’s customer support team and resolve the issue, I received no satisfactory response or compensation for the substantial inconvenience caused.

I believe that Swiggy’s inability to deliver the food as ordered has not only resulted in financial loss but also infringed upon my ability to maintain a productive work-from-home environment. This is a clear violation of consumer rights, and I am seeking appropriate redressal for this matter.

I kindly request the Consumer Court to take cognizance of this complaint and initiate the necessary proceedings against Swiggy. I trust that the Consumer Court will ensure that my consumer rights are protected and that appropriate action is taken against the service provider for their negligence.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I am prepared to cooperate fully in any further inquiries or proceedings related to this complaint.
