Point -1 :-Food ordered on late night but the ordered food noodles box opened and packaging was not good..noodles were not at all cooked and vegies were not boiled and oily
Point -2 :- at night called hotel Aaha Andhra , Attapur Hyderabad but no response
Point -3 : – complained Zomato on night but they didn’t give solution
Point -4 : – Next date hotel people lifted the call and said that the delivery packing is not of their hotel..which made me shock and later they said he informed Zomato for full refund of my ordered amount
Point -5 :-again i discussed with Zomato call centre representative named Amrit and he promised for refund of full amount within 30 mins..but in vain
Point-6:- again after 2 hrs contacted Zomato representative Soni but in vain and asking me to drop mail and not passing the call neither to Amrit not to higher authority to discuss and dragging the time
As Zomato is why this negligent on customers in delivering food ..food is not coming from the orederd hotel and taking the money from us..
