Text of Complaint by Balenduraj:

I have placed a food order on 24th October 2022From a restaurant Foddies Express,Electronic city bangalore in Zomato app. First issue was with out delivering the order for 2 hrs the order status updated as delivered. I contacted the Zomato customer service and raised the issue with in short time out of 4 dishes ordered two delivered with a teared Bill. I have asked . Oder placed 10 PM for my dinner and delivered two items out of 4 after 11.45 PM the items .I mentioned the same in the customer service the were not ready to provide the refund and at last uploaded the image and the informed me out of 380.50 total amount 167 can only provide as a refund . I disagreed and they have added hotel person and I asked them to take back the food and provide the money back . He was not ready to speak in English spoke only in Kannada and was shouting at me . The customer service executive again told only she can initiate 167 rupees as refund and that also not provided to me . Adding the screen shot of the order and chat history screen shot with this complaint. If the order was not available restaurant could have rejected the order . Instead of doing that With the help of Zomato they are simply taking customers money.They promised for 167 refund that also not processed .
