Dear Team,

As i ordered for pizza puff costing INR. 1160. Order was canceled by swiggy and told refund will come in 24 Hours. They gave me voucher of same amount which I have to use only once. This information was not provided when at the when I asked for refund. When I order food costing INR. 156 and INR.175 from voucher amount, they directly deducted whole INR. 1160 voucher.

I don’t know how they refund and how they calculate voucher amount.  It’s a direct cheating with consumer.

I want my remaining fund INR 829.00 refund from swiggy.

I am following them since last few weeks for the same but no result. Its straight forward cheating with customers on their own incapability of delivery of product and services.

Request you to honourable court officer take this matter and resolve this issue with refund from swiggy.

Just imagine how many transactions daily they do on such refund cases.

Please resolve and refund it ASAP.
